The ammonium sulfate MVR evaporation system has successfully completed installation, commissioning, and delivery to the user. The ammonium sulfate evaporation crystallization system has been installed and commissioned as scheduled, and has been officially delivered to the client for use. This system utilizes mechanical vapor recompression technology to enhance the energy of secondary steam, providing a heat source for the system and thereby reducing the demand for external energy. The secondary steam, after being compressed by the compressor, experiences an increase in pressure and temperature, resulting in an elevated enthalpy. It is then sent to the heater of the evaporator to serve as a heat source, maintaining the evaporation state of the feed liquid. Meanwhile, the heating steam itself transfers its heat to the material, condensing into water in the process. In this way, the steam that was originally intended for disposal is fully utilized, with latent heat recovered and thermal efficiency improved. This system significantly conserves energy, achieving the dual benefits of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
